01 Our guarantee
Supplements are personal, and everyone's body responds differently. That's why your first order of any Seya product is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your first purchase, subject to the conditions below.

02 What's eligible
To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, a few conditions apply:
- You must request your refund within 30 days of placing your first order for that product.
- It applies only to products purchased directly on seyahealth.com. Orders through Amazon or other retailers follow that retailer's return policy.
- It covers your first purchase of a given product. It doesn't apply if you've bought that same product before, as a one-time order, subscription, or bundle.
- We may, at our discretion, ask you to return the product before we issue the refund.
Orders that fall outside these conditions aren't eligible for a refund under the guarantee.
03 How to request a refund
- Email support@seyahealth.com with "Refund" and your order number in the subject line.
- Tell us briefly what didn't work for you. Your feedback genuinely helps us improve the formulas.
- If we ask you to return the product, we'll send simple instructions and the return address.
- Once approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

04 Returning product
We don't always require a return, but when we do, please send the item back in its original packaging. A couple of things to know:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees may apply and, where they do, are your responsibility.
05 Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
06 Subscription refunds
You can cancel or skip a subscription anytime before its next processing date through the "Manage Subscription" area of your account. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it follows this refund policy like any other order. There's no separate subscription fee. You're only ever charged for product and shipping. 07 Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, this is on us. Email support@seyahealth.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund. Issues with lost or damaged parcels are also covered in our Shipping Policy.
