01 Where we ship
Seya Health currently ships within the United States. We're working on adding more destinations, so if you're outside the US, join our newsletter and you'll be the first to know when we reach you. [Confirm whether Canada is included at launch.]
02 Processing & delivery times
Once you place an order, it takes 2 to 3 business days to process and hand over to the carrier. From there, delivery is typically expected within 3 to 8 business days.
All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect timing. We'll always share tracking so you can follow your order in real time.
03 Shipping costs
Shipping and handling charges, when they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over $50 ship free within the US. We may adjust shipping charges from time to time, including for subscriptions, and we'll show you the charges that apply before you buy or before a subscription renews.
04 Subscription shipments
If you're on Subscribe & Save, your order ships automatically on the cadence you chose. Processing and shipment dates may shift by a few days for operational reasons. You can change your frequency, skip a shipment, or update your address anytime in the "Manage Subscription" area of your account, as long as you do it before your next processing date. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
05 Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you created an account, you can also find tracking under your order history. If it's been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you haven't received tracking, check your spam folder, then reach out to us.
06 Lost or damaged parcels
A parcel is considered lost once it's been in the postal system for 15 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international) with no delivery. Orders usually arrive well before that, but we can't dispatch a replacement until this window has passed.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you once we hand your order to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but it never reached you, contact us and we'll investigate. Replacements and refunds for lost or damaged orders are provided at our discretion after that review.
07 Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, and keep it current if you're on a subscription. If a parcel is lost or delivered to the wrong place because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or an address that wasn't updated before a renewal, we reserve the right to issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
