Our Science

Formulated for her. Dosed on the label. Proven in the lab.

Most supplements ask you to take their word for it. We'd rather show our work. Here's exactly how a Seya formula is built, tested, and held to account, from the first ingredient to the final batch.

Female-formulated Dosed on the label Third-party tested No proprietary blends

Why we do it differently

The supplement aisle has a trust problem

Nearly half of women don't trust the supplements they take. They have good reasons. Three of them, specifically.

Built on a male baseline

Most formulas use a generic, male-derived reference point. Women's metabolism, hormones, and enzymes work differently, and a one-size-fits-all dose ignores that.

Hidden behind "blends"

Proprietary blends let brands list ingredients without listing amounts. It's how a formula can look impressive while under-dosing the thing you actually bought it for.

No proof on the shelf

"Clean" and "science-backed" are easy to print and hard to verify. Without third-party results, they're marketing, not evidence.

Pillar one

We formulate for female biology

For most of research history, "the body" meant the male body. Studies were run on men, and doses were scaled down for women as if the only difference was size. It isn't. Hormones shift across the month and across a lifetime. Iron needs, muscle physiology, and how the body processes nutrients all differ.

So female physiology is our starting point, not a footnote. We choose ingredients and doses with a woman's body in mind, and we design formats that fit a real daily routine. Built for her, from the first ingredient.

The Seya method

Four steps, no shortcuts

Every formula moves through the same path before it earns a place in your morning.

01

Formulate

We start from female physiology and choose ingredients with a clear rationale, reviewed alongside our scientific advisors.

02

Choose the form

We select bioavailable forms your body can actually absorb, not just the cheapest version of a nutrient.

03

Dose it openly

Every active ingredient appears on the label with its exact amount. No proprietary blends, no fairy dusting.

04

Test & publish

An independent lab verifies every batch, and we make the certificate of analysis available to you.

Pillar two

Dosed on the label

The difference between a supplement you can trust and one you can't usually comes down to what's printed on the back.

The usual gummy

  • Amounts hidden inside a "proprietary blend"
  • A trace of the hero ingredient, for the label
  • Cheapest available nutrient forms
  • Test results you never see

The Seya way

  • Every active listed with its exact amount
  • Meaningful amounts, chosen with intent
  • Bioavailable forms your body can use
  • Third-party results you can read

Pillar three

Ingredients with a reason to be there

Every ingredient earns its place. Here's the thinking behind our launch formulas. Exact amounts appear on each product's Supplement Facts.

Fiber Support

Prebiotic fiber & ginger

A soluble-fiber blend to help feed the good bacteria in your gut, paired with ginger for digestive comfort. Built to support regularity without the grit.

Soluble fiberGinger

Creatine

Creatine monohydrate

The most-studied form of the most-studied performance ingredient, in a daily dose designed to support strength and muscle as part of an active routine.

Creatine monohydrate

Hormone Support

Magnesium & botanicals

A well-absorbed form of magnesium alongside clinically informed botanicals, chosen to support cycle balance and a calmer, steadier day.

MagnesiumBotanicals

Pillar four

Tested by someone other than us

Trust requires receipts. Every batch is verified at three points before it ships, by an independent lab we don't control.

Stage one

Raw materials

Every incoming ingredient is checked for identity and purity before it enters the formula.

Stage two

In production

Made in an FDA-registered, cGMP facility, with checks through the manufacturing run.

Stage three

Independent lab

A third-party lab confirms potency and screens for heavy metals and contaminants.

See the proof yourself

We publish a certificate of analysis for every batch, so you can check identity, potency, and purity for the exact product in your hand. Radical transparency means showing the receipts, not just promising them.

Straight answers

Science questions, answered

What does "third-party tested" actually mean?

It means an independent lab, one we don't own or control, verifies each batch for identity, potency, and purity, and screens for heavy metals and contaminants. We publish the resulting certificate of analysis so you can read it for the exact product you bought.

What does "formulated for female biology" mean in practice?

It means we design with a woman's physiology as the reference point, choosing ingredients, forms, and doses with female metabolism and hormones in mind, rather than scaling down a formula built and tested on men.

Why do you avoid proprietary blends?

A proprietary blend lets a brand list ingredients without disclosing how much of each is inside. That makes it impossible to know whether you're getting a meaningful amount. We list every active ingredient with its exact amount, so there's nothing to guess.

Are Seya products clinically proven?

We formulate with ingredients that have a body of published research behind them, and we're transparent about the difference between ingredient research and a study on a specific finished product. We won't call a product "clinically proven" unless a study supports that exact claim. Where the science is still emerging, we say so.

Do you test for heavy metals?

Yes. Every batch is screened for heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, measured against a full daily serving, as part of our third-party testing.

Where are Seya products made?

Our gummies are manufactured in the United States in an FDA-registered facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
